My name is Connor Munro.

 

I am 17 Years old and am proud to have grown up in the Kingsway/Sunnylea community in Etobicoke, Ontario Canada.  I have lived here all of my young life and love it.

 

I have developed another love over the past 9 years which is the love of golf.  My first golf clubs were given to me for my grade 3 graduation gift and from that point on I knew golf was the sport for me.

Academics are also very important to me.  I have consistently maintained an "A" grade average and enjoy all subjects.  Upper Canada College teaches me more than just educational material.  They teach me about doing my best in all things I do in life, respect others, and show positive and proper manners.  I apply these habits in my personal life as well as on the golf course.

I have been playing golf for 9 years and have been playing from tee positions of 6000 yards plus for the past 5 years.  My current golf handicap is 1.2.

​

My short term goal is to have fun and get better everyday and my longer term goals are to gain a golf scholarship for a great university education.  Ultimately I would like to play on the professional golf tour one day.

​

My home course is Greystone Golf & Country Club.  I am proud to be a Junior member at Greystone.
